Jennifer "Jenny" Cecil was born December 10, 1948 in Liberty, MO to Mary Frances Jones (Warner) and John Robert Jones. Jennifer was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and faithful member of Victory Baptist Church. Jennifer had a strong belief and assurance of her eternal destination which was her belief in the blood shed by Jesus Christ on her behalf.
Jennifer Cecil, 62, of Kansas City, MO passed away May 16, 2011. Visitation will be Thursday, May 19th from 9:00-10:00 AM at Victory Baptist Church, 9601 Blue Ridge Extension Kansas City, MO 64134. Funeral service will follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Liberty, MO. In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made in Jennifer's name to Victory Baptist Church.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her father, John Robert Jones and mother, Mary Frances Warner. Survivors include her husband John R. Cecil, daughter, Lisa McCoy (Mark) of Kansas City, son, Aaron Cecil, of Kansas City, sister, Becky Warner, Eldon, MO, (Will), 2 brothers, Kevin Warner (Peggy), Holden, MO, John D. Jones, Kansas City, MO, grandsons, Joshua White and Collin McCoy and many other family members, friends and loved ones.

Aunt Jenny was an amazing lady and I have the fondest memories of family gatherings with her. She will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
