Roland and Justin, Pat and Bernie:
We are so very sorry to hear of Jo-Anne's passing. We only heard the news after the funeral had taken place. Jo-Anne's indomitable spirit and lovely smile, always there in spite of the adversity she faced, were an inspiration to us. I especially remember her joy in planning some special surprises for you, and how she would enjoy keeping those secrets. Her love of the practical jokes we played together still makes me smile. Our hearts go out to all of you in your loss. Adrian, Rosemary, Ryan and Allison Hatcher

Dear Roland and Justin,
Jo-Anne was a truly beautiful person. One couldn't help but be uplifted by Jo-Anne's enthusiasm. Her genuine caring and welcoming heart made her easy to be around. And that bright smile and quick wit were definitely her trademark. She will be sadly missed, but oh so fondly remembered by our family.
