I was a kid along with my sister Laura gross ,
Jennifer and Chris every summer would work the pool at the Hacienda in the late 70s and 80s and my sister and I would work in the coffee shop. Remember one summer we took Jennifer along with us to Disneyland in the motorhome . There were great memories of us kids running around the hotel
Working , it was our play ground we worked with our Fathers and enjoyed it very much.
Like to send my condolences to the Lowden family .
I always think back to the days at the hacienda and Sahara hotel with Jennifer and Chris and our time as
Kids . Laura and I (Tim) will miss you Jennifer .

So very sorry to hear of her passing! I worked at the Sahara for almost 25 yrs and for a few of those yrs she ran the Gift shop and a few small shops. My sincere condolences to the Lowden family! RIP Jennifer!

I was so saddened to hear that Jennifer had passed on, but hopeful that you, her family and friends, may feel joy knowing that she has moved on to a place full of joy and has been embraced by her family in heaven where she will be free from pain. Sweet Baby J, what an amazing woman! Can't say enough about how sweet she always was no matter how she was feeling. Jen, when I learned of your passing so many good times and fond memories came to mind. You were my road dog back in the day. Having you as a friend made the transition to college and to the big city of LA feel so safe and secure. We had many trips to and from school in the Volvo your dad bought. We would blast Guns and Roses and hit the 15 freeway. I spent so much time at your place that my mom would always ask why was she paying rent for me when I was never home....LOL. One of my faves was the time we found out that Bret Michaels of Poison was living in my apt complex, and you had a jacket made up for him. We went knocking at his door, girlfriend and all and gave it to him. You lived everyday to the fullest, with no fear! I will ALWAYS cherish those times. Heaven has another angel. Sending your family strength, energy and peace.

Dearest Lowden and Bono families; As well as Jennifer's many extended friends and families,
I met Jennifer 25 years ago when I worked next to her adorable shop in the Sahara. We became instant friends as we shared a great passion for fashion. How could you not fall in love with this sweet little lady full of love and life. I remember so well her courage as she received her cousins Lynn's Wonderful gift of life with her transplant. Lynn THANK YOU! I was so happy to be a part of Jen's life and to be along side her and her Lynn at the hospital. We had great times at the Sahara, Hacienda, Santa Fe countless shows, dinners and wonderful visits to Mother Adrienne's home "with all those loved animals-even as they ate up all the furniture". As life would have it we had lost touch for many years. Then just months ago we ran into each other and she told me of her tragic loss of her brother and another battle she was up against, but all Jennifer wanted me to leave with was her big hug, beautiful effervescent smile, adorable laugh and as always ever so very positive attitude. We promised to get together soon and I am very sadden that didn't happen. So my dear friend Jennifer I am praying for Gods loving arms to Welcome you home free of sickness and one day we will have that lunch in heaven and celebrate.
Additionally, I would like to thank all of her friends and family I know how much she battled and how lucky she was to have you in her lives. God Bless you all and I pray your peace and my greatest condolences to have lost another child so soon.

Jennifer was an old soul . Smart and beautiful with an edge .I have always admired Jenn for her enormous strength she was such a fighter. She endured so much and was still positive .Ill never forget watching Charmed with her on TV at her house and many other fond memories. She had an awesome love of music but her biggest love was of dogs .Thats how you know someone is a good person. Heaven gained an angel .Shes watching over us and all the furbabies. Although I only had the pleasure of meeting her beautiful soul a handful of times, my mother was an executive at the Hacienda as well when she worked there. I remember her as being a person whom had the ability to brighten up anyone's day with simply one infections smile to another and the smallest interaction with anyone she met.
