I never met you,yet it feels like I know you. When I heard you preach by way of recorded telecast, you tagged me by the word and with the word. I pray God grant me to meet you and tell you thank you in truth one day soon. Thank God for you Bishop Reed.

Presiding Bishop Jeremiah Reed is great man of God, and Jesus sent him to this world for a purpose, I have learned a lot from his teachings, and 15 years ago he helped our ministry to start and today we are having 1800 home fellowships in India, and 72 churches.

Bishop Reed was a phenomenal preacher. I recorded many of his messages at Mt Zion Healing Temple in Milwaukee. Those were the times Bishop Reed and Mother Willie Mae Reed and Christ Apostolic Temple would visit Bishop Parchia for services. That's right, all the way from West Des,IA to preach the Gospel of our LORD & Saviour, Jesus Christ. Bishop Reed was truly anointed by God to preach the Gospel. When I visited Christ Apostolic Temple, Bishop Reed' s teachings were truly astounding. I'll never forget the Sunday Bishop Reed taught on the "Meaning of a Stumbling Block." Of course, Bishop Reed taught with incredible depth and, as a man of God, he personified the teachings of the LORD in the Holy Ghost. In other words, when the LORD spoke through Bishop Reed, the Word would go through your hearing...but it [the Word]
never tarried. If you didn't get it the first time...it was gone--like a "thief in the night..." Thank you LORD for sending us such a mighty messenger--Bishop Reed... for a little while. Amen.

Of course we didn't know Brother Reed, but felt like we did as we have watched him on our FTA Satelite on the Apostolic Network quite a few times on Sunday mornings as we were getting ready for church. We always appreciated his stand on the King James Bible. The family and church is in our prayers.

I was sorry to hear about Bishop Reed's passing. I have known Bishop Reed since the mid 60's as my father Charles F. Wagner was a Pastor of the P.A.W. church in Hawarden Iowa and he came there for services along the late District Elder Johnnie Waits and others. I was also in services with him a few times in Sioux City Ia where Elder Terry & Sister Carole Gilmore pastor. It was my privilege to have known Bishop Reed and as I told Elder Gilmore.. " If there ever was a man ready to go be with the Lord.. it was Bishop Reed.. " May The Almighty God be with you all and send the comfort of the Holy Ghost to all of you.

Uncle Jerry, my Mom's dear brother and friend. Uncle Jerry was always helpful to me. He would listen to what I had to say or ask and spend time talking and laughing with me. I found him and Aunt Willie Mae to be great hosts whenever we visited them in Des Moines. You are definitely missed. May God's love be with the family. One of your favorite nieces.

I have so much respect for him. He was HUMAN and truly a man of God. I believe God sent him to save my life. I was searching for truth and I found it right in my bloodline. I am blessed to be able to call him uncle Jerry, although I very seldom called him uncle because I had so much respect for him.. He will always be my BISHOP!!!

Bishop saved my life, my marriage and he let God use him to preach the word of God. The truth is so amazing, the word of God is amazing. God is beautiful and so is the stars he sent to preach his word. I am who I am because of Bishop. The best PaPa in the world and Mama Reed taught me how to be a wife, and a Lady. True Holiness he did put God down in me to know how to walk right and Be Ye Holy for God IS HOLY. I would not leave Iowa because Bishop was still here.
