Jeremy,
When your family moved to Tulipwood Lane, you and your brothers made the neighborhood a more entertaining place. I'm sorry we all drifted apart and lost touch, and I never got to say goodbye properly. You were a beautiful soul who made me laugh, a rare feat for most to accomplish anymore. I refuse to forget the past. To forget the past means forgetting the people you loved and what shaped you. You'll always be remembered.
Love,
Vicki Buck

To my dear friend Debbie Juinta,
When your brother Doug called me the other day to report the sad news of the loss of your son Jeremy, I was saddened by the thought of what you must be going through.
The loss of a friend, a family member, or even a parent as I have experienced is painful enough and yet would not possibly equate to the pain in emotion a parent feels at the loss of their child.
A parents loss of a child must be the most difficult of all related.
All I know is I have a pain in my heart for you Debbie, I am so sad. The weight on your heart must be immense.
Your son Jeremy and I may have met once or twice, but surely would have been long ago.
Doug tells me that Jeremy was a very nice young man, very respectful and kind hearted. No doubt that Jeremy aquired all those worth while attributes from you.
Please send my condolences to Charles, I have not seen Charles in many years and don't know if he will remember me, but please be assured that both you and Charles will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Please do what Jeremy would want you to do and be smart, live strong and make him proud.
Please Debbie, understand what I want to convey to you. "There is strength in death if you let it", for it is in memory of those we have loved and lost that will fuel the inner fire for a life of new. Nothing is ever the same after the loss of a loved one, and that may be the only good thing to result from a turn in life like this.
This now may be the time to do the things Jeremy always wanted you to do for your life, "if you let it", make him proud.
Your Friend,
John Delgado
