Jeremy was one of the most kindest souls I have ever met. There were no qualifications or impressing needed to become his friend. All he asked was for you to be you and that was all. I will always remember the long walks Jeremy, Nathan, and I would take. Walking for hours and creating stories wherever we were. This world is going to miss someone special like Jeremy.

Jeremy loved to take me to the park as a kid; he often pushed me on the swings, slid down the slides with me, and chased me around the park. We spent a lot of time together, especially when I was younger. When my father moved and I started visiting on weekends, Jeremy found out where we lived after the move and started to surprise me with random visits; we'd sit in the living room and play games on the Nintendo 64, sometimes he'd watch me play Mario 64 then jump in to help on the harder levels. We'd secretly feed my dogs some treats whenever my dad wasn't watching. We both shared a love for art, he gave me advice and encouragement in my talents. He always taught me to stay my weird self, to never change for anyone. Most importantly, he taught me that it was okay to express myself through art. He will be dearly missed, and his passing has left a major hole in my heart. He joins our grandfather, grandmother, uncles, aunts, cousins, and my dad, his uncle, in heaven.
