Survived by girlfriend Jennifer Stiern; beloved son of Elaine (Carter) and Michael Pennington; daughter Kayla (John) Schaeffer; brother of Richard Pennington II and Melinda Pennington (Alex Bean); dear uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many. Memorial service Sunday, Sept 23, 2-6 p.m., Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro, MO.

I love you baby brother... I cant even believe you are gone... I am so thankful that i decided to come be with you everyday at the hospital and I am so glad you got to see the kids.... i love you you big jerk!!!
