In Loving Memory Of Jerilynn Wernke

Jerilynn "Jeri" Wernke, aged 82 of Harrison, OH, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2025. Jerilynn (nee Conner) was born on August 25, 1942 in Cincinnati, OH.

Jeri was the devoted wife of James Wernke and the loving mother of Gregg (Paula) Guenthner and Carrie (Kevin) Brown, Jerry (Sandy) Wernke, John (Tamera) Wernke, Jeff (Amy) Wernke, Jody (Aimee) Wernke.

Jeri was the proud grandmother of Sarah (Stile) Moore, Justin (Kari) Volz, Alex Brown, Andrew (Courtney) Brown, Justin Wernke, James (Victoria) Wernke, Kelsey (Corey) Olive, Jessica (Matthew) Schneider, Jenna Wernke, Jerred Wernke, Max Wernke, Maddie Wernke; and doting great-grandmother to Maisie Moore, Sophia Wernke, Alexa West, Macy West, Brooklyn Wernke, Caleb Wernke, Oliver Wernke, who she loved dearly and lit up her world. Jeri also leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Jeri reunites in heaven with her beloved mother and father, Howard and Agnes Conner, Esther "BoBo" Guenthner, along with her sisters, Patricia Meyer, Connie Cooper, and her brother, Mike Conner.

Jerilynn dedicated majority of her career as the secretary for a small company, Unistrut, which led her to meet her love, Jimmy. In her spare time, she was an avid trap shooter, earning many trophies along with her team, the Georgie Girls. She and Jim built two custom homes together (one being Mt. 2TF), which were the heart of many treasured memories over the years.

Whether you know her as Jerilynn, Jeri, Mom, Mema, or Grandma, to know her was to love her, and she was a great joy to be around. Her friendly demeanor, quick wit

and charm left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She will be greatly missed, and her light will forever shine bright in the hearts of those who love her.

A celebration of Jeri's life will be held at Riverview Crossing, 4900 Riverview Crest Drive, Harrison, OH 45030 (the neighborhood clubhouse) on January 19 at 1:00pm. Please bring any memories or stories you wish to share.
