Growing up in WB was often filled with being with"Jerry" . We often played chess on yes, boxed.
Life polled apart but I have never forgot our friendship. O know that he was living, kind and fun.( I know his love of ice cream came from his fie role model from his stepfather).
May Jerry´s life be a blessing to you and yours.

Jerry was so many things to me: a friendly neighbor, my 1st employer, an adult to look up to, and most of all, a loving friend. Chatting with him was always great, and he was always so supportive, especially when it came to school. I'll be forever indebted to him. Rest in peace, Jerry.
And to his family, you have my sincerest condolences.

Just learned of Dr. Gutterman passing. Work for him about 6yrs- would have work longer if we hadn't move away to Arizona. He was a very giving. When I came back to visit couple of years after I have moved he lent me his car so I didn't have to rent one . I had lost connection with him over the years, but always thought about him. Yes family was always important to him. He truly will be miss-

Jerry can never and will never be forgotten. I can still hear him saying "Sweet Lorraine." Jerry started something when he started calling me sweet Lorraine, since he did others begin to refer to me as sweet Lorraine too. I loved it when he would come in and get his hair cut and we would have our chats. Everyone in the Salon always knew when Jerry was there. He talked with everyone, the stylist, manicurist, receptionist, and clients that were in Salon at the time he was there. His laugh and smile was contagious. He would listen and really care about what ever you had going on, good or bad. He was careing and a true friend. He did one of my root canals. He was the best. He is missed...... I loved that man.

My father grew up with Dr. Gutterman in Wilkes-Barre - I am sending condolences from near (I'm in Auburn) and from far (from my dad). I'm sorry I never got to meet the good doctor, but heard my dad's fond memories of him. Much love to all.

My daughter & I got to know both of the Guttermans thru our childrens' schools in Sacramento. Dr. Gutterman was an outstanding person, with an incredible personality. He and Gail were the original power-couple... We will miss them.

Our family is deeply saddened by the news of Jerry's passing. Your obituary was so on point with how we as a family and myself felt about Jerry. He loved to call and chat with me at my office, and tell me stories of his times with my grandfather. He was such a delight and he will forever be remembered by all of the Morotti family.
