Jerry Alfano, age 68, late of Oak Lawn. Loving son of the late Alexander and Josephine Alfano (née Lekavich); dear brother of Robert Alfano and Sandra (Michael) Pala; kind uncle of Melanie (Jim) Potulny, Matthew, Michael, Alexander, and Adam Pala; Great-uncle of Michaela, Miranda, and Aubrie. Jerry was an avid ham and CB radio enthusiast and was a loyal member of The Crunch Bunch CB radio club. He enjoyed listening to classic rock and was a lover of animals. Visitation Wednesday, April 19th, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral at 10:15 a.m. from Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 14318 S. LaGrange Rd. Jerry was a unique individual with many interests. He was a nice guy and good natured who grew up with a large Family of cousins, aunts, and uncles. He learned to be independent and to follow his interests that were suited to his skills.


We are sorry for this loss.
May God bless him and his Family and Friends.
