I will always remember how Jerry's eyes lit up when he smiled. It has been since high school that I have seen Jerry, but I will never forget him. He was such a kind and caring person. Everyone liked Jerry. He was my first high school boyfriend. I graduated with Julie and my sister Janet graduated with Joyce. I remember how close he was to his sisters and brothers. I am so sorry for your loss, he left too soon. My deepest condolences and prayers to Jerry's wife, children and the entire Cruz family. May God help you get through this very difficult time.

Jerry Cruz was one of the finest young men to ever put on a helmet and pair of shoulders pads at Newark Memorial High School. He was the consumate team player. He lead by an example that all players could relate to. He knew only one speed and that was non-stop. He was a man very proud of his family and a great friend.
Love and respect to his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.
I very much value the memory of the visit by Jerry and Tina to our home in Oregon when we were preparing to build our house in the country.
Jerry touched our lives with grace and laughter. I am grateful.

My family and I offer our prayers and sincerest condolences to the family of Jerry Cruz. May his grieving wife, kids and the rest of his family find spiritual peace, strength and understanding through our Lord Jesus Christ during this difficult time.
I will always treasure and remember him as my first good caring co-worker/friend at the auto collision estimating company I used to work with him for almost 13 years. I will not forget, in the 90's when I started to live on my own while waiting for my family to get here in the U.S., he gave me a used rice cooker (my first) from his parents' house in Newark.
Jerry, your friendship will always stay and live in my heart.
Again, our deepest condolences.

To Jerry's family, may your faith in God help you during your time of mourning in knowing that Jerry suffers no more and is seated in Heaven watching over us all. I was a classmate of Jerry's at Newark Memorial and always remember him as a gentle and caring friend.
My most sincerest condolences goes out to each and everyone of you.
