Should I shout at the skies or my knees bend?
A broken time I cannot mend.
What to the daughters can I say or send?
The passing, departing, of a deep, deep friend.
I knew a little, he taught me more.
A mountain man from the days of yore.
Straight as the arrows he made soar.
Made me better than I was before.
