JERRY G. PROKOP
He was a retired operator from Union Carbide.
Survivors: daughters, Renee Rae Short of Leander and Diana Kay Myers and husband Dusty of Round Rock; son, Tony Ray Prokop and wife Debbie of Port O'Connor; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Family visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home in Yoakum.
Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Yoakum with the Rev. Kim Simmons officiating.
Pallbearers: Dusty Myers, Matt Prokop, Robert Powers, Glenn Haynes, Austin Vaughn, and Jesse Mesa.
Memorial contributions may be given to Christ's Kitchen.
Online guestbook may be signed at www.thielecooper.com.
Arrangements are by Thiele-Cooper Funeral Home, Yoakum, 361-293-5656.
