To Jerry's family,
I was a childhood neighbor of the Truwe family in Amboy, MN. We were all family in such a small town and the Truwes were dear dear friends. My father, Dr. Morgan, brought Jerry into this world to Dorothy and Milt. I was shocked and saddened to come across this funeral notice of Jerry and send our love to the families and our sympathy to you all at this difficult time. We are all saddened. I was two years younger than Jerry but that never mattered! We all were friends throughout school. We send our prayers to you to ease and comfort you.

Our family lived next door to the Truwe's in Burnsville from 1972-1978. Our girls were born there and our two families spent many holidays and special days together until we moved back to Idaho. Each family visited the other through the next several years. In 2001, for our daughter's wedding, Jerry brought Kay to Sandpoint, Idaho, to celebrate with us. We so enjoyed the time we spent with them during that weekend.
We will always feel a connection to the Truwe family and want to send our heartfelt condolences to you all~
Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers~
We will be with you in spirit on Friday and Saturday and throughout this difficult time.

Kay and family,
We were so saddened to learn of Jerry's passing, and cannot even imagine the loss you are feeling. Jerry was a wonderful friend who always made us laugh. He reached out to so many people and helped them. He always had his dog Sammy with him whereever he went, and was just an all around fun person to be with. We are so very sorry for your loss. You are in our hearts and prayers.

To the family of Jerry,

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time. "When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure" This is a saying that was on a picture frame that we received from a friend when dad passed away. Whenever there has been a death, I always think of this saying. It is worded so perfect! Thought I would pass it on.
Death is never an easy thing, but remember that now there is another angel to watch over us!!
We pray that you find comfort and strength through this and always.

With Love,
Randy, Marsha (Headington) Swatek and family

My sympathies to the family of Jerry. My husband Art and I have known Jerry for many years. Art passed away just a year ago. Art's construction company (Leibfried Construction) built Jerry's building for Viking Acoustical many years ago and they have been friends since. In the recent years they were every Wednesday afternoon golfers together. Art said that Jerry always made them all laugh and was a great fun guy to be around. My prayers are with the family for healing. God Bless you.
