She is survived by her father David and stepmother Carol, a son Damian of Saegertown and daughter Coral of Jamestown, NY. She also survived by 5 brothers, David Jr (Dustie) of Shelby, NC, Michael Perez of North Kingsville, OH, Wayne Williams of Jamestown, PA, Donald and Michael Williams of Greenville, PA. One sister Jennifer (Barry) Rote of Conneautville. Along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother. material and paternal grandparents.
A memorial service and burial will be held at a later date.

TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS, I'M SO SORRY TO HEAR THIS. JESSICA WAS A MEMBER OF OUR CHURCH ST. JOHN MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, MEADVILLE PA AND, SHE WAS DEDICATED TO US. WE REALLY APPRECIATED HER THERE, AND, TRULY WAS A GOOD FRIEND OF MINES AND, MANY THAT KNEW HER FROM COMMUNITY AND CHAPS. WE WILL MISS HER DEARLY. MAY SHE REST IN PEACE WITH OUR SAVIOR AND LORD. GOD BLESS YOU ALL DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME
