Lindsey "BOHNER"
Rockville, MD: Jessica left us suddenly on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at the age of 37. Jess is survived by her loving parents, Mark & Sandy Bohner; devoted brothers, Al, Mark, Mike & Robby Bohner; her love of 5 years, Chris Jansen; grandfather, Al Gilbert; best friend Joann Aguglia-Smith; her dog Riley an many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Predeceased by her grandparents, Joyce Gilbert, Lawrence & Claire Bohner and cousin Christine.
Jess was born in Port Clinton, Ohio on June 2, 1980. She was raised in Rochester, NY and graduated with a Master's degree from Nazareth College. Her hard work ethic and compassion for others led her to an impactful career in human resources. She touched the hearts of many people with her joy and compassion. Jess Greeted each day with a smile and never gave up on anything that came her way. She lived life to the fullest by spending time on the water, traveling, running and scuba diving.
She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
As a participant in the Living Legacy organ donation program, her generosity and kindness will continue on by giving others a second chance at life.
Jess's visitation will be held Thursday, August 17th 3-7 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral Home, 1075 Long Pond Road. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 18th, 9:30 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 4536 St. Paul Blvd. Interment, Riverside Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Lollypop Farm (www.lollypop.org) in her memory. For more information visit meesonfamily.com.

Jess, I can’t believe it’s been 3 years. You cross my mind often and I carry your picture in my wallet. Every time I catch a glimpse of it, it makes me pause and think about how precious our time here is. I smile every time I think about the memories I have of you. I miss you and I am still looking forward to our glass of Tugboat in heaven. I hope you are resting easy my friend.

Jessica you were such a special person, always smiling, full of good thoughts and so much fun to work with! I will always thank you for forcing me to get my PHR, and being the best mentor ever, you really believed in me. Jessica was a bright light and joy to work with every day at HR Works. I only knew Jess for several years but felt such a strong and loving friendship. She enthusiastically helped me find my townhome and brought in boxes for my move and loaded them in my car with that beautiful smile. Every Friday she would stop at my desk and say "this is our day," and when she moved away she would text me on random Fridays and say the same. She was so easy to love. She could always make me laugh. There are no words to console Chris or the family. May you find peace for your hearts from your faith.

Dear Sandy, Mark family and friends, Jesse had an infectious laugh, and I can't help but think of how much Erin loved going to your house to play back in 3rd grade and Joanne, Jesse, Molly and Erin going through Dake and IHS together. She grew into a beautiful woman and will be missed by so many. I can not adequately express how sorry I am. She will be in my heart and you are all in my prayers.

Jessica was wonderful person, full of life, great stories of her dog and always asks for tech tips to go back to tell Chris about. We are so shocked to hear about Jess. She was always such a friendly, loving girl. We are so glad we had the chance to see her this past year when she was in town. Jess began as a colleague but quickly became a friend. Our long chats were among my favorites. Jess personified "live, laugh and love" and I'm forever grateful for having gotten to experience those and some of life's challenges as friends. I am so sorry and sad to hear of Jessica's passing. I worked with her for a few years at Paychex and always looked forward to her smile and personality every day. I was in shock when I heard the news but heaven has gained an amazing angel and I am thankful for having been able to know Jess.

Your light and laughter was infectious to everyone who's life you touched. You were a good person, a good friend and I am so blessed I got to know you.
