Jessica MILLER Obituary
Peacefully with her family by her side, on Tuesday, June 21, 2016. Loving wife of William I. (Bill) Miller for 57 years. Devoted and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Farrel Miller and Lisa Singer, Sheryl Miller and Mark Adessky, Ian Miller and Michael Mayberry, Kenneth Miller and Marie Oiknine. Daughter of the late Sadie Evin Gelber and the late David Gelber. Dear sister and sister-in- law of Nahum and Sheila Gelber, Carl and Riva Gelber. Cherished grandmother of Maxwell, Sophie and Harry Miller; Daniel, Sean and Samantha Adessky; Aaron and David Miller. Special aunt to Allan, Geoffrey, Derek, Stephen and Debra. The family would like to thank Dr. Jason Agulnik, Tara Jesion and the entire staff of 10 NW Jewish General Hospital for their constant and unwavering support, effort and understanding. Special thanks as well to her caregivers Myrna, Hanna, Princess and Susan. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W on Thursday, June 23 at 12 noon. Burial at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, Forest Road, Outremont. Contributions in her memory may be made to the "Jessica and Bill Miller Fund for Hope and Cope" at the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, 514-340-8251 or to One Walk to Conquer Cancer (Team Longevity), www.onewalk.ca.

We met the Miller's in Israel nearly thirty years ago. From that time until this moment we became part of their family and they ours. Jessica was a beautiful, intelligent, caring and loving woman who will be sorely missed and will forever be in our hearts and minds.

DearBill, Nahman& families, I was very sad to learn of Jessica's passing. We moved into the same building at about the same time.We went to Shaar speakers, study group meetings together.While I was in Boston last week I called her and we had a pleasant chat. What a courageous, brave realistic lady who faced her future without fear.May her memory be a blessing Jackie Freedmanr
