I want to express my deepest condolences to the family, friends and co workers of Officer Wilson. She was one of the kindest, not only police officer, but person, I have ever come across. As a teenager in Hazel Park, she was someone we all looked up to. I, as well as many other Hazel Park residents are having such a hard time coming to grips with this senseless tragedy. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God Bless You, Officer Wilson.

I went to school with Jessica and Rob, I remember Jessica always playing sports as I did in school, while I didn't know her she always seemed like the nice and caring person that we have heard about the last few horrible days. My heart goes out to all of her family and friends, and colleagues within the Hazel Park Police Department. An angel will always be by their side. May God Bless Jessica, and everyone she ever touched in her lifetime.

I wanted to say a little something about how sad I feel that this terrible tragedy took place. Jessica was a brave woman and she is a hero. I am currently a criminal justice major at Wayne State and plan on being a police officer and I would have been honored to serve with such a brave woman as Jessica. We need brave people like her out their. God Bless you and your family and husband.

As a second generation policeman, supervisor, and police chief, I have experienced this tragic time many times before, and I have found that the Almighty finds a way to help us through this with strength and an uncanny sense of peace and tranquility. Please remember, HE said, "I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU."
