Jessica Austin Tuell ABINGDON, Va. Jessica Austin Tuell, 28, passed Friday, March 23, 2012, at her home. Jessica was a 2002 graduate of Abingdon High School and loved to play softball. She attended Old Dominion University and Emory & Henry College. Jessica had a heart of gold and would help anyone with anything. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Donald W. Tuckwiller and uncle, Jeffery Lynn Tuell. She is survived by her mother, Nancy Tuckwiller Tuell of Abingdon; father, Woody Tuell and wife, Amy, of Abingdon; brother, Renick Tuell and wife, Pam, of Abingdon; grandparents, Marjorie "Boopie" Tuell and Papaw Carter of Abingdon; aunts, Ellen Tuckwiller of Abingdon and Angela McMurray of Gate City, Va.; nieces and nephews, Julie, Wyatt and Briley Jessica Ann Tuell; and cousins, Amanda Rhoten, Roger McMurray and Logan Tuell. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday March 28, 2012, at Farris Funeral & Cremation Service with the Rev. Barbara Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery in Bristol, Va. with Steve Shumate, Logan Tuell, Roger McMurray, Dewayne Fields, Jim Tatum and Ryan Spencer serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Farris Funeral & Cremation Service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made in Jessica's name to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
