NILES - Jessie M. (Clark) Corwin, 97, passed peacefully at West Woods of Niles on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.

She was born in Maplehurst, Wisconsin on October 14, 1920 to the late George and Nettie (Park) Corwin.

On January 9, 1936 Jessie married the love of her life, Bert Eugene Corwin. They owned and operated Corwin Radiator and Corwin Bait Shop in Niles. She loved her flower gardens. Bert and Jessie were snowbirds and traveled extensively, visiting almost every state.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bert Corwin; a son, Thomas Corwin; a daughter, Joyce Corwin Bradbury, and six siblings.

Those left to cherish her memory are a brother, Lyle (Kay) Clark of Avon, Indiana; daughter-in-law, Karen Corwin; son-in-law, Oscar Bradbury; grandchildren, Renee (Michael) Manry of Niles, Kimberly (Daniel) Fox of Niles, Kristin Corwin of Joshua, Texas, and Susan (Toby) Cripe of Wakarusa, Indiana; great-grandchildren, Dustin (Heather) Manry, Jessica Manry, Nathan Fox, Mitchell Gring, Naomi Cripe, and Travis Cripe, as well as five great-great-grandchildren.

In keeping with Jessie's wishes, her family will gather privately at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband and daughter.

Jessie's family wishes to thank the staff of West Woods of Niles for their love and care shown to her over the past many years. Memorial contributions may be made in Jessie's memory to West Woods of Niles.
