Jessie Ulibas Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 14, 2011.
Jessie "Baby G" Ulibas, Jr. was granted his angel wings on September 7, 2011.

Jessie Jr. was born on December 13, 1994 at Alexian Brothers Hospital in San Jose, CA. At 16 years of age, a Junior at Milpitas High School, known as Baby G and JR from his family and close friends, and one of four children born to Jessie and Aurea Ulibas. He truly is an angel that walked amongst us.

Jessie Jr. will forever be remembered by his devoted brothers Brylle Jico "BJ", Charleston James "CJ", loving sister Jessa and furry family members, Nina and Chauncey, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to have known him. Jr touched the lives of many people. His loving nature, humble personality, generosity, sincerity and warm smile always brightened our days.

Jessie Jr. loved listening to his favorite classic music. To name a few artists like Paul Anka, Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson and Boyz II Men. He loved riding his bike with his brothers and friends, playing remedies on his ukulele, spending quality time with his family, video games, shopping, exercising with his mom and playing with the family pets Nina and Chauncey. JR loves to eat his fried rice, Grandma's homemade soup "Miki", Filipino spaghetti, drink his Arizona Ice tea, grab a Mango-a-Go-Go from Jamba Juice, and sweeten up on White Chocolate. His favorite colors were Maroon and teal.
JR has always been surrounded by family and friends that he has touched throughout his memorable life. But for those who were touched by him, understood that the quality of existence far exceeds quantity of time in which you live it. His gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around him and though he may be quiet, his voice and thoughts could always be heard.

With Jessie Jr's passing we remind others that his life is one to be celebrated, although we will miss him every day, especially his winning smile, he will always remain forever in our hearts. We all were able to create wonderful memories and it has been a privilege to be a part of his life. Jessie Jr., leaves behind many wonderful memories that we all hold dear in our hearts. He will forever be missed.

A man among men
We lost Wednesday night
Feeling such peace
As he followed the light
The love in his eye
And the sound of his laughter
Remains in our hearts
Forever and after
Through all of his loved ones
He'll never be gone
Through each one of us
His spirit lives on
We all have a purpose
And something to give
With each breath
That we take
For as long as we live
JR can rest easy
With Angels above
As we share his gift
Of laughter and love.

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the snow on the mountain's rim,
I am the laughter in children's eyes,
I am the sand at the water's edge,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle Autumn rain,
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight,
I am the star that shines at night,
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.

To the Ulibas Family our deepest sympathy....I know it must be hard for you as a Parents, we also feel the pain since my son Louie Gallego is bestfriend with Jessie....God bless you and your family and we know it will take awhile...Take care and Be strong....from Gallego Family - Leon Sr., Rhodora, Leon Jr. and Louie...

Jessie was exceptional, and I feel honored to have had him as one of my students at MHS. He will be remembered for his kind, gentle nature and beautiful smile. I pray that your family will find peace in knowing how special Jessie was and how he touched the hearts of so many.

I just miss you so much especially our talks in the morning at the hill. The times you and Angelito would make fun of me when we were 3 waying on the phone. I'll never forget those days and the days I would catch you at the mall with your momma. You always watched over me and those random calls I would get from you to just make sure I was okay. You were the best! But you know there are not enough words to explain how much I want you here with us again. I'm keepin it solid for you & so is everyone else. Always know you will always be in our hearts. I will never forget how much you meant you meant to me. Watch over just while you're up there angel Jay arr. Rest in paraside & keep it G up there <3 I love you Jay Arr Ulibas! Take care up there. We will see you soon.

There aren't enough words to even explain how much I miss you. We didn't talk on a daily basis but we didn't need to because whenever I managed to see you when I visit your brother, you never failed to put a smile on my face. I wish more than anything to hear your voice again. Don't stray too far from all of us, Jay. My prayers are with your entire family right now, especially with your brother. I'll never forget you and what you meant to everyone & me. You're never forgotten, bro. Rest Easy, little one. I love you, Jessie.

"A friend who dies, it's something of you who dies."

I dont love you to death, I loved you passed it. You deserve that halo and a pair of angel wings. Keepin it solid for you. Everytime I try to talk about you or think about you I just want to break down in tears, but i know you wouldn't want me to cry for you, but be strong for you. On the real, you were my boy since the 3rd grade. I'm sorry I drifted from you and Danny Cervantes. You were always there for me, for everyone. You had my back and I had yours. I would never let you down. It's time to reminisce your life. All of our memories together will remain in my heart. Wait for me up there, and don't have too much fun without me. You're gone, but never forgotten. I promise you I won't forget you bro. I love you Jay Arr Ulibas. Rest Easy, Rest In Peace, Rest In Paradise, Return If Possible Brother.

To the Ulibas Family,
Our deepest condolences and sympathy to you all. We remember Jessie as a young child during his stay in American Canyon. Although it may have been sometime since we last saw all of you, we think of you as an extended family.

We pray for you all to be strong thru this time of healing. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
