My heartfelt condolences on your loss, he was a great husband, father, grandfather...The 36 years that I known this man is priceless. There is not an hour or minute of the day that I don't think about you.The tears will come out but I know they are good tears. Though you were my father-in-law but really I could say you were like a real dad to me. Our conversations till the end I will cherish forever, the tears I saw when we talked about family first. Our journey is not complete I have a vision we will meet again. He lived life to the fullest thinking ahead and not worrying about the past. I will miss our long trips and conversations. Love Willie son-in-law

Dearest Arroyo Family, my sincerest condolences for your loss. For most of you I may be just a mere acquaintance, but I remember the few times I met Jesús and he was a great man. An always welcoming, funny, sweet and serious (when he needed to be) man. The minute I met him I knew exactly why my best friend Jason was the way he was. Jason you are very much your dad in many ways and I take comfort in knowing that you are and will continue to be a great man and father as he was. You had a great role model as child and as a man...and now Julius will surely benefit from that. I know that you along with your wonderful sisters and mother will carry on his legacy with tremendous pride. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May he rest in peace.

Dad I know we had our rough times and we bumped heads but you always picked me up after I fell. You took a piece of me when you left. Dad I will treasure all the memories we had. I will never forget you. I am glad you got to see the house. I thank you for the faith you had in me. I wish you where still here but you have another job to do. I did not lose a dad I gained a angel. Love you and as a family we will watch over each other like you would have wanted us to. Rip to we see each other again

My sincere condolences to the Arroyo family. Jay, you will truly missed. I only knew you for a short time but you and your family made me feel like I was part of the family. I will never forget the memories we shared together in the back porche, in the pool, and playing dominoes, and listening to the oldies and listening to the good times the family had in Brooklyn. Hugs and kisses to the family. Xoxo

Jay : A Great son to your parents, a good and caring brother who looked after your sisters, wonderful husband of 50 years through good and hard times, a great father who raised three caring and compassionate children who loved and respected you along with your great grandchildren. You lived life to the fullest, whether cracking a lousy joke or helping others who needed money or advice. For over 40 years as a family we had many good times, birthdays, weddings, xmas, cruises, vacations in Puerto rico. Continue on your spiritual journey. God be with you. You will be missed. Till we mee again.

I didn't know you very well, Jay, but I know you did an amazing job holding down your family. I only hope my sons could be half the man, husband, father, uncle, and friend you were. My heart goes out to your wife and kids at this most difficult time. Watch over them and give them the strength they need to get through this. Gone way too soon. Sleep in paradise, and if you get a second, please say hi to my mom for me. May God hold you under his wing for all eternity. RIP
