Death Notice:

TUTTLE, Jimmy Ray "Pops, Tut", 80, of Melba, Idaho, passed away on June 4, 2024 at home from a heart attack.
He was born November 11, 1943, in Brownfield, Texas son of Benjamin Milam Tuttle and Ruth Belle Tuttle.
He is now with his daughter Telena and his brothers and sisters and mom and dad.
Growing up on a cotton field in Texas, if something went wrong
health-wise the family used to say
I guess we won't be picking cotton this year and even though that was many years ago, every time a
family member passed he made
that comment and so I will make that comment in his behalf.
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 43 years Kathy, and his sons Justin (Corrina) and Jon (Mariana) and Shelby a daughter.
Grandson, Jacob Tuttle (Hannah) and their two children Kyroh and Remi. Also granddaughter Michelle Parker (Jake) and their children Dayton, Rhett, and Tatum.
Born and raised in Brownfield Texas he grew up, picking cotton and helping anyway he could as well as his siblings.
He met his first wife, Rita and married in 1960 and they had a daughter Telena in 1963. After a divorce he met Barbara McIntyre and married, and Justin was born in 1968 and Jon in 1970 and oh how he loved his sons.
After a divorce Jimmy met Kathy at Sprinkler irrigation and they were married July 2, 1981. He excelled in his work professions which included building houses, A maintenance supervisor for Texas Tech University, and when he moved to Idaho, he worked at Sprinkler irrigation and then later after becoming a Hydrologist helped start Interwest Supply.
He was unstoppable with those careers and excelled no matter what he did. He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, working on jeeps and trucks, hunting and spending time with family and friends and the furry ones Tenny, Cassie, Georgia, Narley and Crackers. Gone too soon and missed forever Rest easy.
Graveside services will be held at Melba Cemetary on June 22 at 11 AM followed by memories shared hopefully by many at Bucks Saloon in Melba where a taco bar will be served.

Honey we all miss you so much. Especially thinking of you today which is our 43 anniversary July 2nd, 2024. Fathers day was rough too. I had picked up some very special cards for both Fathers Day and our Anniversary. Narley really misses you especially, but all the dogs and cats are still waiting for you and so am I. Hope you are very happy in heaven. Take care, Love you, your wife.

I had the pleasure of having Jimmy as a father in law for some years. He always had a smile, some colorful joke or story, and chase me around his yard with chicken poop. I was obviously a city girl. I think one of my best memories is when we flew to his home state of Texas, in San Saba county. You could tell he was in his happy place. RIP Jimmy. Thoughts and prayers for Kathy and his two boys.

I only met him once, earlier this year when I went to look at a bull calf. He was so very nice and I ended up staying a lot longer than I planned visiting with him and Kathy. The thing I remember the most was the twinkle in his eye.
