To Jo-Ann's Family: I am so sorry to read about Jo-Ann's passing - my sympathy and prayers go out to you. I worked with Jo-Ann in the North Providence Unemployment Office for several years - She had a great personality and gave us many laughs. I remember how much joy her family gave her.
