Jo Anne M. Tully, 81, of Rye, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully at her home on November 10th, 2023. She was born on December 28th, 1941 in Portsmouth, NH, to John N. Quirk and Juliette (Langelier) Quirk. Jo Anne attended St. Patrick's Catholic School and later graduated from Portsmouth High School.

Jo Anne was a dedicated employee of the NH State Liquor Commission for thirty years. Her hard work and commitment made a lasting impact on her colleagues and the community.

Jo Anne's sense of humor was appreciated by all who knew her. She had a deep love for animals and rescued many pets throughout her life. Her true passion was her love for Golden Retrievers, which she bred for many years. She also enjoyed deep sea fishing with friends and collecting unique jewelry.

Jo Anne is survived by her daughters, Tricia and Lisa, her grandchildren Ethan, Jaimee, and great-grandchildren Lilly and Ellis. She is also mourned by her cousin Susan and her long-time friends Donald, Cindy, Sandy, Deb, Carolyn, and Briar. Special thanks to Beacon Hospice and Carolyn K. for all your help. Jo Anne was predeceased by her parents, John N. Quirk and Juliette (Langelier) Quirk.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 19th, from 2:00-4:00 PM at Farrell Funeral Home, located at 684 State Street, Portsmouth. A Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 80 Summer Street, Portsmouth, NH, at 10:00 AM.

The Farrell Funeral Home in Portsmouth, NH, is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Jo Anne's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love and laughter.
