Joan Armstrong

I have so many fond childhood memories hanging out at the Armstrong's. I remember my first sleep over away from home was at the house. We pitched a tent in your backyard! When I was home sick Joanie showed me how I could see my house from your backyard and I was able to stay at the sleepover.
I recall the house was always immaculate and Joanie was always dressed to the nines. Another vivid memory is of Dr.Armstrong and Mrs.Armstrong formally dressed in front of the fireplace for a photo He in his tuxedo and she in a very fancy dress. Black tie affair.
They were always the envy of the neighborhood.

My sweet Joan will live in my heart forever. I had the privilege of knowing her and assisting her in housekeeping for 8 beautiful years. Joan always received me with a warm smile and never failed to ask how my family was doing.

Larissa´s wedding!! Such a beautiful time!!

I recall as a child , our parents having cocktail parties at our house. And dancing in the living room. Seeing my parents having so much fun with Dave and Joanie and including me in the dancing! And of course throughout the years of knowing her, always so warm and kind to me! I truly admired her!! And always will!!

I'm so glad we participated in the Happy "noon year" celebration at Oakmont !I was a lot of fun!

When i was working with her. Mommy Joan is such a sweet person. We easily get along with each other. She treated me so nice.i will never forget her.
