Joan BELL Obituary
April 15, 1923 - November 1, 2012
Our mother, Joan Alexandra Bell of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the age of 89 years. Joan was born in Prince Edward Island, married her high school love in 1944 and they were able to celebrate their 58th wedding anniversary in 2002, three months before our father died. Joan is survived by her sons Fred (Margaret) and Allan (Donna), her daughters Barbara (Doug) Hill and Nancy (Dan) Clement, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Joan was predeceased by her husband Gordon Bell. A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY'S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In living memory of Joan Bell, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park.
