Crawford "Marlink", Joan Hudsonville, Michigan Joan "Marlink" Crawford (1917 - 2019) - 101 years old. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving grandmother and great grandmother, Joan "Jo" Crawford. Grandma Jo passed peacefully on January 29th, 2019. She was 101 years old. Grandma Jo celebrated her 101 birthday with a full house. All who attended will remember how happy Grandma Jo was to be surrounded by her family and a few friends. She was a devoted Christian and a blessing to many. Some of the grandchildren called her "Grandma Koo Koo" Grandma Koo Koo loved to send birthday cards and write a story with stick figures and little bunnies, this is what she was known for. Grandma Jo's favorites to spoil everyone was her chicken & rice soup and peanut butter pie. Joan was preceded in death by her parents and all her siblings as well as her husband Robert and her two sons Danny and Robert. She is survived by her daughter and son. Diane Vlasblom (Robert), and son Jim Crawford (Dianne). Brother-in-law Max Crawford living in upper California. Grandchildren: Kimberly Crawford, Teresa Crawford Wolterink (Kevin), Eric Crawford, Bryan Crawford and Renee Crawford Neuman (Kelly), Rich Vlasblom (Aimee), Mike Vlasblom (Gina), Tammie Crawford Slauter (Scott), Bobby Crawford (Samantha). Great grandchildren: Chris and his daughter Hazel Damuth, Ashley and her son Zakary Damuth, Seth Damuth. Courtney, Collin, Cameron Crawford. Taylor, Cory, Logan and Anna Neuman. Brandon & Aaron Vlasblom. Amber Vlasblom. Zander and Zachary Slauter. Selah and Caleb Crawford. A Celebration of Life picnic will be held this spring / early summer of 2019 at local park.
