Joan Delaney Obituary
Born in Boston on August 17, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Elsie (Iovanna) Rossi. She lived in Lynn for most of her life.
She supported Holy Family Church for many years. Joan loved her family very much.
She leaves a son, James F. Delaney, Jr. and his wife, Cheryl of Plaistow, NH, two daughters, Carol Patterson Hatch and her husband William "Freddy" Hatch of Lynn, and Cynthia Robichaud and her husband Michael Robichaud of Connecticut; two brothers, Gerald Gigliello and Dennis Nolen, both of California; two sisters Marlene Pennenatore of Winthrop and Carol Hanson of Nevada, nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Activities Fund at Abbott House Nursing Home, 26 Essex St., Lynn, 01902.

On behalf of my mother, Vickie and her family, we offer our sincere condolences. We have fond memories of her lovely smile and I for one will always remember being invited for "staycations" at your house in Lynn, when I was in my early teens. Jamsie, Carol, Cindy and family, we are very sorry for your loss.
