Joanna Mackey (nee Bradack)

Joanna Mackey (nee Bradack) of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on July 13, 2015 at the age of 76. She was born in Barberton, Ohio on August 19, 1938 to the late Joseph and Melania (nee Tomas) Bradack.

She married John M. Wilkin in 1965 and moved to Cincinnati where she built a career with the General Electric Company of Evandale as a legal secretary. Following the death of her first husband, she met and married William R. Mackey, an attorney with General Electric. A child of the Silent Generation, she was dedicated to her family and friends and ever devoted to her faith.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Wilkin and her second husband, William Mackey.

She is survived by her children, Leslie (Dan Lanham) Gagnon, John (Karen) Wilkin and Sheila (Scott) Gueterman; stepchildren, Richard (Brooke) Fredette, Florence Mackey, Willie (Eleanor) Jennings, T.J. (Alison) Mackey and Margie (Greg) Blackmore; her brother Joseph (Lewellyn) Bradack; grandchildren, Elliot and John Gagnon, Jack and Drew Gueterman, Cece and Evelyn Fredette, Barbara, Ellie and Harris Freudenthal, Helena Mackey and Nolan Blackmore.

A private burial service will be held at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Condolences may be expressed at www.GilliganFuneralHomes.com
