My mom Louise Deller loved Joanne. She was so worried about her. My mom became sick and she wanted to talk to her. I think she talked to her one time. We are so sorry. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

YCC success was largely due to Joanne's due diligence. She cared about our county and the control center with her 30 years of service it showed daily. Sadly missed but will never be forgotten.

York County is most appreciative for her thirty years of service at 911. Joanne #1 was there from the beginning in 1970. You touched many people in their time of need! The 911 operators are our unsung heroes.
