Played with Joe in band in H.S. and at M.U. Couldn´t ask for a nicer guy and better friend. It pains my heart to hear of his passing!!!

I am sorry to hear of Joey´s passing. We went through school together. He was a kind person. Something on the lighter side that may make you smile during this difficult time, when we were in second grade together I was "in love with him! I'm not sure he ever knew that though! May God hold you in His loving hands as you pass through this time. Jeanette Stup

The Marshall University Big Green and Alumni Chapter of Cincinnati & NKY is indebted to our friend, and past president of our organization. Joe was instrumental in reviving our Chapter many years ago, a testament to his love for the Thundering Herd and his alma mater.
We "Sons and Daughters of Marshall" who were fortunate to know Joe extend our condolences and deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
