Joe Pendley Obituary
He was raised in Ravenswood, West Virginia where he graduated from Ravenswood High School in 1971 and obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Marshall University. He was a dedicated employee at the West Virginia Department of Highways and Department of Natural Resources, and the City of Cincinnati.
Joe is survived by wife, Debbie, son, Max, daughter-in-law, Chloe, daughter, Rose, brother, Rochie (Cathy), and many loving friends and family members.
Joe is also survived by beloved dogs, Leo and Nala, and "grand-dogs," Jimi and Luna. He was greeted in heaven by Sammy and Scarlet.

I am sorry to hear of Joey´s passing. We went through school together. He was a kind person. Something on the lighter side that may make you smile during this difficult time, when we were in second grade together I was "in love with him! I'm not sure he ever knew that though! The Marshall University Big Green and Alumni Chapter of Cincinnati & NKY is indebted to our friend, and past president of our organization. Joe was instrumental in reviving our Chapter many years ago, a testament to his love for the Thundering Herd and his alma mater.
