Heard of his unexpected passing, have not seen him in years but remembered the good times we shared in the 60's. May he rest in peace. Shirley and Mary

I will miss seeing Joe at work every morning in the break room, drinking his coffee and reading the paper. He had a great sense of humor and loved cutting up with everyone. He will be greatly missed!
