Joel Anthony Cox

Joel Anthony Cox, resident of Los Banos CA has passed away on October 5, 2023. Joel was a life long member of the Los Banos community and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Joel was the son of Dr. Joseph A. Cox and Mary Gomes-Cox of Los Banos, California. He was a loving friend and kind man who loved his dogs and his friends. He graduated from Los Banos High School and attended Merced Junior College in his twenties. He was an avid motorcyclist in those days and liked to tinker in his garage with his tools and his bikes. He also loved to hunt with his friends. He worked at Marfab Agricultural and Industrial Supplies in Los Banos, CA for 30 years, and later went on to work as a gun dealer in a local gun shop. He had many friends and is left behind by his sister and brother in-law, Joan Preston and Mike Preston of Justin, Texas and her three children: Adrian Brown of San Jose, California; Drew Brown of Burbank, California and Justine Brown of Southlake TX.
