My deepest condolences Julie and David to hear of your Mother´s passing just now.One of my favorite memories about her was the carpet rake she had and used all the time. May God surround you with his love and peace as you go through many firsts without her. I know how brutal it is losing a Mother as mine passed away last year. The only unsolicited advice I can give you is to walk through the grief and pray earnestly. It´s a lifelong battle, but somehow we get better at our grief.

Hello! Ann was an aide for my mother, Virginia Fletcher, in kdg at Garfield Elementary. This would have been in the late 1960s - early 1970s. As I recall, Mom always had good things to say about Ann and was so grateful to have her help and friendship! I attended Roosevelt Jr. High, just down Grand St., and would often walk to Mom's room after class. I met Ann on several occasions. On behalf of Virginia (1922-2006) and myself, we send heart-felt condolences.

Sheryl, Julie and David - So very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. Our moms' friendship went way back to the days when both of their twins were babies. They remained dear friends up until my mother's passing in 2020. Many heartfelt wishes to you all and your dad.
