John was always a sincere fun loving host whenever we have visited and showed us great love and took us into his home and through good and bad times he looked after us. We also welcomed him when he visited us all in London and we ensured we returned his hospitality. We will truly miss John Snr and thank him for everything he gave us. Our hearts go out to Teresa Walter Julia and all the grandchildren. We will miss our Bristol Daddy! Jackie Jack and Harry xoxo

So sad about cousin João Inácio loss. Condolences to my cousin Teresa and their
son. He is now resting in peace after a full life of joy and happiness with his family. A hug from all of us in the Azores.

I was always moved by his encouragement and his celebrating my wife Silvia on her on her achievements and integration after moving to America . It demonstrated the values and the patriotism he felt for his chosen nation. It also underscored how he became such a successful man after immigration with a young family. Hard work, pride in one's work, and uncompromised moral values. We will all miss you John Ignacio Almeida. A truly great man. There will not be another like you.
