John Applegate Obituary
We are sad to announce the passing of John R. “Jim” Applegate, who passed on November 21, 2022 at the age of 76.
Jim retired from the Robbinsville School District where he worked as a maintenance worker. He was an avid gardener, an animal lover, enjoyed bird watching, and loved his cat “Sugar”.
Jim is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Linda Applegate; three stepchildren, Dave and his wife Julie, Jen and her husband, Dave, and Mike; his brother, Howard “Butch” Applegate and his wife Nancy; his nephew, Ed Applegate and his wife Clair; his niece, Darlene Willitts and her husband, Mark; as well as 7 grandchildren.
Services are private under the direction of Peppler Funeral Home, Allentown.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jim’s name to Pet Rescue of Mercer, PO Box 2574, Hamilton, NJ 08690 or at www.petrescueofmercer.org
