JOHN BABICH Obituary
81, of Eighty Four, passed away on January 13, 2013. John was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving his country in Korea. After Waynesburg College, he went on to retire after a 33 year career from Procter and Gamble. John was an avid hunter, fisherman, and gardener. He also enjoyed cooking. John especially enjoyed his English Setters. The son of the late John and Mary Babich, John is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Dolores Babich; two daughters, Rosalind Babich and Susan (Keith) Nixon; a son, John B. Babich; and four grandchildren, Brian Gleeson, and Andrew, Christopher, and Caroline Nixon. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. 724-941-3211. Friends welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray 15317, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, where a Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Friday in the Beinhauer Chapel. Interment will be private, with honors, at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org). Please add or view tributes at:
