John Bieniek Obituary
John Michael
John Michael Bieniek, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2014, at Mercy- St. Anne Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He loved sitting on his front porch with his dog, Silver; enjoyed spending time with his family, and scratching lottery tickets. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Prior to retirement, he was a machinist for 30 years and then after years of being stuck inside a factory, he enjoyed spending his summers working for the City of Toledo cutting grass and doing maintenance.
John was preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor, and father, Robert. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Barbara; daughters, Dr. Sherrie Bieniek and Kristen Bieniek (Jason Picking); son, Jon (Stephanie) Bieniek; grandchildren, Allison, Ethan and Zaine; siblings, Maryann Gillespie, Nancy (Rollin) Smith, Ginger Bieniek and Charles (Margaret) Bieniek, and many nieces and nephews.
No services will be held per John's request. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, chaplains and staff in the Progressive Step Down Unit and ICU at Mercy-St. Anne Hospital.

Barb and family .we are so very sorry for your loss,what a shock it was when I read your post on FB.I pray he didn't suffer and the pain is now gone from his body.Im sure God opened his hands wide and received John into heaven as his spirit left his body for a more peaceful way of living.May God bless him and hold him tight until you meet again.Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time.May have have peace knowing his is no longer in pain.Remember the fun times to keep him alive and in your heart .Sincerely Bob(semi)and Sue Kosakowski.
