John Bock Obituary
JP was a 1986 graduate of Brown County High School and a lifelong resident of Nashville, Indiana. He served in the Army National Guard and became a licensed plumber in 1989. JP was not only a skilled plumber but could fix just about anything and was often found volunteering his time and expertise for his friends, neighbors, and community. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially if he was hunting arrowheads. It was said that JP had an innovative way of getting through life and that if you had the pleasure to meet him, you could not help but love him.
JP is survived by his three children, Emily Bock of Linton, Ashton (Trisha Howard) Brierly of Columbus, and Jocelyn (Brady Oliver) Bock of Nashville; six grandchildren, Ava Johnson, Journey Bock-Oliver, Leonidas Brierly, Gabriel Brierly, Judah Brierly, and Silas Brierly; as well as his mother, Beth (Bill) Hoyt and two sisters, Ronni Lynn (Bill) Hayes and Mary (Josh) Bock, along with numerous loving cousins and forever step-family.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
There will be no funeral services though the family will host a Celebration of Life at a later date.
