Aw Betty, I am so sorry that we lost touch after my Dad died. I remember you and John so well, and I was so excited when you named Wendy, Wendy! It is a shame that I took so long to find this obit. My husband Barry died of a heart attack in July 2018. Both wonderful men. Hugs to everyone, even though they probably don't remember me. Wendy Howard, married name Marles

My condolences to Betty and Brenda Janet and Rob. Will always remember Johns incredible parties, his excellent commercial acumen, his humility and that singing voice. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute I spent with him over the years and decades later still draw upon lessons learned from him.

Great memories of John from our Macdonald College days. We shared many good times together and enjoyed the company of a wonderful couple . The celebration of their 50th Wedding Anniversary will remain one of the highlights of our friendship.
We are very sorry.

Our deepest condolences to all the Brydons.
Some of my fondest memories of Uncle John are of his singing and story telling around the kitchen table at the old cottage. To me, he seemed to be a force of nature...it is hard to believe he has moved on.
I know I will smile whenever I think of him.
