FAIRHAVEN -- John C. Cabral Jr., 33, of Hudson, MA, died suddenly at the family summer home in Fairhaven, MA, Monday, June 5, 2006.
Born in Marlboro, MA, he is survived by his parents John C. Cabral Sr. and Mary I. (Sousa) Cabral of Hudson.
John was a graduate of Hudson H.S. Class of 1991 and later attended Lowell University. He was a member of Saint Michael's Parish in Hudson.
He was employed as a systems analyst at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management, Cambridge.
Besides his parents he is survived by his two brothers, Robert J. Cabral and James S. Cabral and his wife, Kelly, all of Hudson. He is also survived by his two nephews, Timothy Cabral and his godson, Adam Cabral; two nieces, Emily and Alyssa Cabral; his godmother, Maria B. Cabral of Portugal; his godfather, Jose P. Braga of Cambridge; his girlfriend, Jacqueline Lopez of New Bedford; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.
His funeral will be held from the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central Street, Hudson, MA 01749, Friday, June 9, 2006, with a funeral mass at 9:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church, 21 Manning Street, Hudson, MA. Calling hours will be Thursday, June 8, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will be in Saint Michaels Cemetery, Hudson.
