My deepest sympathy to the family of Jack. For 25 years we were fellow engineers and friends at Duquesne Light.

I was saddened to learn of your loss. Jack selected me to be on the initial crew at Beaver Valley Power Station. I will always appreciate that. We had great bridge games in Kenosha Wisconsin during our three months of training. I have never, before or since, experienced bridge games played while drinking copious amounts of liqueur and almost always winning. He taught me a lot and I missed him when he left. We will all miss him.

I was so sorry to hear about your Dad. I know how close all your family was and he will be deeply missed. Just in reading some of the kind words people have said about your Dad, I know where you also received your filing abilities from and I that your wit came from him too. You have my sincere sympathy. May God get all of you through these tough times and let the memories keep all of you laughing.

Uncle Jack was the smartest, kindest and most generous man we ever had the honor of knowing. His wit and wisdom enriched us all. Jack loved his wife and family above all else.
"Well done, Uncle Jack". We will keep you in our hearts forever.

To the Carey Family: Sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Jack at BVPS and learned to appreciate his management style....loved his organizational skills (or lack of) aka: "the piling system" in chronological order, the oldest is on the bottom. :-)) I still use his system today!!
In all seriousness though, I am saddened to hear that Jack has left us. Please accept my deepest condolences.
Warmest Regards,
Norm Barry
