As a kid at Mama Cranes one dark winter afternoon, I remember being awed when Uncle John got the lights to come back on. He was an amazing man who also worked magic in his woodworking shop and prolific garden. Our hearts go out to all of you. Jane & Matt Clute

Mr. Crane will be missed. He was the best neighbor anyone could ask for. You are in my prayers.

I got to see Uncle John last year at Mothers Day... He was doing so well - driving himself through Charlotte traffic that made me nervous! I'm glad he was able to live a great life right up until the end. Much love, Emalyn

Sid, Kevin and family, prayers for all of you! Uncle John was such a wonderful man and I have a lot of fond memories of our family get togethers at Mama Cranes! We were all blessed by knowing your dad (& mom) and pray for peace and continued blessings to each of you.
