I just signed the guest book but read Ted Lawson's comments after. He's right. There's going to be another initial at the "Bulldogs" tournament, and I'm already running out of room for the pictures! So no more for a long time, ok, guys?!

Oh, Jacky, I thought if you were EVER going to leave us, it would have been in a blaze (no pun inteneded) of glory! I cannot imagine going over to Coaches Corner every day and not seeing your sweet face there. My only consolation is to know that you and Swartzie (the Legends!) are together again but the table will never be the same and there goes the end of an era.
Marlene and family, my heart aches for your great loss but always know Jack's "other family" will always be there for you. It was a pleasure.

Dear Jack,

We didn't realize we had so little time left with you. We just thought you would go on and on - you were like that British band - you got knocked down but you always got up again. Until a silly little fall brought the whole house down. You were a fantastic man and we are honoured to have walked a bit of the way with you. You gave our mother great support and she will continue to draw from the vast expanse of love you always showed her. For that, for your kindness, and for your time, we thank you. Rest in Peace.

It's two weeks tonight since you left us, Jack, and we can't tell you how much we've been missing you. But we treasure all the memories you left behind, and we hope you got your wish to see your dad again. Much love, always.

My sincerest condolences to Marlene and your entire family.
Hi Parts........You were one of a kind my friend and were loved and respected by all. Schwartzie was probably waiting for you with a cold one in his hand and a big grin to match yours. Thanks for all the giggles and memories over the past 25 years.

"Spare Parts" was one of the good ole boys to me. We got along great and fought many fires together watching each others back. I will be sure and bring along another box of bacon to share with you Jack when I see you again! Rest in Peace my friend, I am glad we chatted at the banquet. My sincere condolences to Jack's entire family.

My deepest sympathies to the Dale family. I'll always remember Jack speaking at my own Dad's service last June. He was a wonderful man and a great friend to many. I can almost hear the guys welcoming him
to their party up there! Wow! It's getting to be quite the party! Say "hi" to Dad for me.

Always one to crack a joke or be the life of the party Jack was my mentor and my team mate and coach when i joined the Vancouver firefighters soccer teams as a kid. I only knew Jack through my husbands baseball team. I would wait in the stands to see the twinkle in his eyes, the cute smile and a flirty word or two. He was one to remember always, with a smile. He will be greatly missed by many.
