Mr. Delcoco was a member of the SS. Simon and Jude Roman Catholic Church, the Italian Club and the VFW, all of Blairsville. He enjoyed bowling and going to flea markets. He graduated from Blairsville High School in 1945 and was an Army veteran. Prior to his retirement in 1992, he worked for FMC, Homer City, and he also worked for Ferguson Furniture Store, Blairsville, for 30 years. Surviving are two sons, Michael and wife, Cathy, Blairsville, and Mark and wife Joan, Reston, Va.; four grandchildren: Mrs. Brandon (Lea) Fridley, and Tom, Daniel and Sarah Delcoco; a brother, Robert and his wife, Roseann, and a sister, Doris Sobota, Blairsville. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Olga Elias Delcoco, on Aug. 3, 1988. A funeral Mass was celebrated Monday in the SS. Simon and Jude Roman Catholic Church, Blairsville, by Fr. Chester J. Raimer. Interment was in the church cemetery, Shoemaker Funeral Home, Blairsville in charge of the arrangements.
