OMG! How time flies! Most interesting that I recently went bowling with some friends and totally threw my arm out doing so! Had a good time just the same. Brought back a lot of great memories and John was right there through them all! Peace to the Difronzo family!

Serendipity: The occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy and beneficial way.
Well, Tuesday proved to be very serendipitous! Tony Moore, a Colonial Bowling League member, whom I see often at my place of employment, showed me a score sheet and an "average" sheet from 1996 two days ago! Tuesday, 2/15/2022. The reason he had them was relative to a conversation with a fellow employee of his that he bowled over 400 one night and the guy did not believe him! Of course Tony kept the original sheet! So he and I reminisced of the "glory days" of our Thursday night battles on the allies! As we read every single name and their averages we had a comment about each and every one of them! When we came to John (and quite frankly a number of others that are no longer with us) we each had a fond memory that we shared and continued on down the list. As I mentioned last year in my message, those were the good old days! Never to be forgotten days! And, certainly, missed! RIP John DiFronzo!

OMG! How time does pass! Seems like yesterday we were all strolling in to the ally's in West Roxbury on a cold Thursday night! Small chit chat and catching up on the news from the week past. News of any sort was disseminated and spread to all! A tight friendly bunch of guys until practice ended and the business of bowling began!! Oh! Very serious stuff here! After all, it was a money league!!! So much fun! So many memories. And the Bowling Banquet weekends? Forget about it! Can't divulge any more info! Sorry! I'm sworn to secrecy!
God! I never thought I'd be saying this but "those were the days"!!!!
Love to John's family and remembering him with such a sadness and wishing he were still with us!
