Josephine Roio Millburn resident, 91 Josephine Roio, 91, of Millburn, N.J., passed away on March 9, 2015. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 16, 2015, at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., Short Hills, N.J. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. There will be a visitation on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Ave., Union, N.J. For more information or to send condolences, visit www.bradleyfuneralhomes.com. Born in Newark, N.J., Josephine lived in Nutley, N.J., before moving to Millburn 40 years ago. She worked for Westinghouse in Bloomfield, N.J., for 40 years before retiring in 1982. In her younger years, she enjoyed socializing and traveling with her friends. Predeceased by her parents, Lucy and John Roio; brother Nicholas, sisters, Connie Cocuzza, Lillian Cargiulo and Mary Anderson; nephew Neil Cargiulo and niece Lorraine Roio. Aunt Jo was devoted to her family, and will be greatly missed by her loving nephews, Arthur Anderson, his wife Mary Ellen and their children, Jessica, Alexandra and Eric; Leonard Cargiulo, his wife, Terry, and their children, Lori Snable, and her husband, Joseph and Lenny, and their grandchildren, Patrick and Alexandra Snable; the late Neil Cargiulo's daughter, Kim Novack; Joseph Cocuzza, Jr., his wife Janet and their children Anthony and Cara; John Roio, his wife, Marilyn, and their son, Johnny. Nieces Diana (Roio) Valentino, and her husband Robert; Joan (Anderson) McMillan, her husband Harold, and their children Mary Kleinsorgen and her husband Greg, and Christopher McMillan and his children Piper and Sawyer. Josephine is also survived by her Godchild Gina Polverino, and brother in law Joseph Cocuzza, Sr. Contributions in memory of Josephine may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
