John had such a full and adventurous life. His zest for life was contagious and had an affect on many people's lives. Great memories from the Nugent family.

John I have so many good memories from the farm, Harvest Extravaganza, horse pulling, spending time with you and your family, and winter sleigh rides. I will miss your huge bear hugs thinking I was going to get a rib broken then you'd give me a head rub and mess my hair, which you knew I hated when you did that. I wish I could have one more hug and head rub. I will miss you. Condolences to all the Eberts family. I am thinking of all of you at this time.

I am so happy to have had a lovely visit with uncle Johnnie at the Manor this past December and again in hospital when I was back in Sask.in March.

He will truly be missed by all.

My dear friend, I will miss seeing your large smile that came with a hello. My heart is heavy for your family, my thoughts are with you all.

Uncle Johnny you were the Patriarch of the family, You, with your accordion, your songs, and your stories. You touched us all in so many ways. I remember going to the farm and getting to ride the horses and the community pasture and the boys having some knock down, drag out, fights. I remember your mock weddings where you always read from the book of numbers ( telephone book). I remember you with your brothers and sisters having such a wonderful time together. You are almost all in heaven now and I know your playing your accordion and singing once again. I love you Uncle John and the memories you have given me. RIP you are truly going to be missed.
