John F.
John F. Esper passed away surrounded by loving family on February 13, 2016, in Clermont, Fl. John was born in Toledo, OH to Gabriel and Ruth Esper on November 21, 1944. He graduated from Woodward High School and worked in the paving industry the majority of his life.
John was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Douglas; brothers, Jamie, Eddie and Marty, and ex-wife, Cindy. He is survived by his loving wife Jane; children, John, Lorri (John), Aaron (Pam); Step-children, Anne (Don), and Chad. John had 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings, Charlie (Kathleen), Larry, Rita Abizeid (George), Steve (Nancy), many nieces and nephews, and lifelong friend, Pete Bain.
Some of our favorite memories are of times with John at Harsens Island, listening to him tell stories and hearing him sing and play the piano. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends but we know he is in a better place now and he would be assuring us that everything is “Mighty Fine”. Local memorial service pending.
